Bryan & Laura are fantastic! We were city dwellers looking to make the leap to the Western Suburbs. After our daughter was born we decided it was time to start considering the suburbs. We had narrowed it down to the towns along the BNSF Metra line, as my husband still had to commute to Chicago for work. Hinsdale, Western Springs, Downers Grove and La Grange were all in consideration but neither my husband nor I are from the Chicago area originally and we didn't quite know how to make a decision or how to get started in the process of selling our Lincoln Park condo and make the move.

Enter... Bryan Bomba. By doing a little internet research we found Bryan and contacted him. He was great from the start. He personally met with us a few weeks after our initial phone discussion to take us on a tour of the towns we were considering. We hadn't even listed our condo yet, so Bryan knew we weren't even close to being ready to buy, but he spent several hours with us showing us the area and walking us through some different houses in our price range just to see what we could get for the money we had. He is an expert in every aspect of the near west suburbs. He knows them in and out and can answer, with confidence, any questions you have about schools, downtown "life" such as restaurants and shops, and can give an excellent description of the "feel" for each different town. We took a few different trips out to see some different properties, and each time, Bryan met us and answered our many questions.

By early 2010, we were ready to put our condo on the market. We were shocked and thrilled to get an offer on it within the first week. The only stipulation was that the buyer wanted us out in one month! In a panic, we again called Bryan who assured us that he would find us a house within that time frame. He held that promise, and we were happily settled into our new life in the suburb of La Grange only one month after listing our condo in the city. Luckily we found a house that was already vacant so the transition went very smoothly.

We enjoyed 5 great years in La Grange but as our family grew, we decided that it might be a better fit for us to move a little further west where you can get a little more house for your money due to the greater distance from the city. We came to this conclusion fairly quickly and settled on Geneva as our destination. Once again, we called Bryan, told him we were ready to list our house, and put the added pressure on him that we REALLY wanted to sell within 3 months in order to be in Geneva by the time the second half of the school year began. Bryan and his team got us up and running within a matter of days... and our house sold in just under the 3 months as we had requested and Bryan had estimated.

The bottom line is that Bryan and his team are excellent at what they do. They know the ins and outs of the entire process and put their clients' minds at ease no matter what side of the deal (buying or selling) you are on.
